Who strokes cranks
#1
I am looking or someone to stroke a FL350 crankshaft. ATV Racing gave me a price, but when I was ready to send them my engine, they said they did not want to do a one-time job. I already purchased a used CR500 engine to use the cylinder and head from as well as a new piston, rod, bearings...
Trinity said they could it, but to shop around first to see if I could find someone who has done several before in order to get a better price.
I have been given several names without numbers: Twister, Falacon and BriggsBuild. If anyone has contact info for these let me know.

Try Crank Works. They have a website www.crankwors.com Also try any of the performance companies like LRD, Duncan, CT Racing. Most will do this type of work. Also try Engine Trix, they also have a website, www.enginetrix.com

Try Falacon at (727)797-2468, they're in Clearwater FLA, so it's eastern time zone.
Falacon builds some pretty serious drag bike cranks. My engine builder told me a story of a Falacon crank that the clutch assy. completely sheared off of a ice drag sled and the crank's run out was still under the ten thousands tolerance it was originally fabricated too!!! Astounding, takes a pounding and remains true!!! As to whether or not they will be interested in your project, can't give any advice. I would like to know how your experience goes, I am looking into having them do some crank work that would nearly eliminate the need for a counterbalancer in a 250R motor......so I'd like to know how they treat thier cold calls.

200xtra, Do you have contact info?
I am pulling the motor apart to get more info. As I call these places, they ask questions that I never bothered to get the answers for because I was just going to send my motor off to ATV Racing. It took three weeks for the clutch puller to come in, so I have not been able to pull the bottom end apart. Hopefully, it will be this weekend.

2 FL350s (hopefully one to be FL500 soon)
