I've got a Honda ATC200s that has two cracks in the fenders, one about 6 or so inches and another about 3 or 4 inches. Is there anyway i can fix these cracks so that it will look almost unnoticeable (other than finding new ones=) ? I've got the cracks bolted together but it looks terrible.

TRY drilling holes on each side of the cracks and use colored zip ties that match your bike

Make sure you drill a hole at the end of the crack so that it doesnt crack any farther. There is a clear glue or silicon that a few of my relatives use that is pretty unoticable from more than 5 feet away. just drill your holes and pour the silicon or glue, I forget what exactly it was over it then when it dries get a pair of scissors cut the things off that dripped through the holes just dont cut them really short or they may pop through the holes, I use the zip tie method but I also think using zip ties that are a different color than the bike looks kinda neat

I was hoping for something that would elliminate the use of holes. I'll look around and maybe the guys at the dealership knows what to use, thx.
