Well, I finally got to talkk to the owner and guess what I got!
First he was extremely rude and actually was calling me names. He hung up on me twice and even threatened me! After I told him that I post my experience with his company to many Boards with over 20,000 users he went throught he roof, yelling at me and then asking where I lived agin and I told him PA and he said, " the next time I am in PA, I will make sure I look you up!"

So tell your friends, families, enemies, anyone who does anything with fourwheelers to stay away from Team FACTORY RACING in Harrison Twp. MI!!!!!!! The owners name is Jerry Rekowski!

He did say in anger that he would refund my money, but I am definately going through my Credit card company to make sure we get it back!

 

Does Factory Racing have a web site? I would like to give Jerry my impressions of his outfit's behavior. Maybe even invite Jerry to "look me up" next time he is in Phoenix. What a moron! This kind of jerk doesn't deserve to be in business.

Just a quick note on ordering over the phone with a credit card: If the company at the other end does not have your signature, you just call the card company and they in turn will send a letter to the company in question. If that company can not produce a valid signature...you get credited.

We get a lot of frauds this way at our store...people are so wise! That is why you should never send money orders...
