i am looking for a new set of drag pipes or some really good used ones in the Louisiana area...which are the best performing and best looking?? how much do they costs?

alot of drag pipes are custom fabricated, they are not really sold, custom order custom built

I found this # for you. They build custom drag pipes and it was refered by a local engine builder in Utah. Contact Mike Hare at CPI. Sounds like he does alot of custom work. 801-829-5877

CPI makes an awesome drag pipe. Mostof the guys run them. STE is also made by CPI. They run about 550-600 chromed. The best pipe is the one that fits your motorthe best. I have ran them all though, and they are all real close. You really cant go wrong with any of them. A drag pipe is only marginally beter than a tuck in. The produce about 8hp more, but only on highly modified engines. Unbuilt motors, dont benefit as much. I tell you what though, I ran some LRD's the other day and my motor is built as it gets, they flew. No difference between the drag pipes and them! Those drag pipes sure look fast though!!!

yes cpi does make the best drag pipes. they also now make in chasis drag pipes. i purchased some last year for my 460 and they work great and look great.
