Ok i just got a cobra pipe for my 1996 Warrior and was wondering if you have to re-jet your carborator?

Considering how rich a Warrior is set up from the factory, I doubt just a pipe would require you to re-jet. I have a ProFlow kit on mine, with a Poweroll vented lid, as well as a White Bros. E-Series pipe and torque stuffer, and at sea level I'm only two sizes bigger at 155 rather than the stock size of 145. My only advice would be to bump up a size on the main and see how it runs at WOT, and then adjust up or down--do this before messing with the jet needle, which probably won't require richening either.

Follow the instruction you received with the pipe. Every aftermarket exhaust is different, so it's really important to follow their jetting specs.
