Can anyone give me some pointers on jetting.I have a 2005 rincon,i just put a HMF SWAMP SERIES PIPE ON AND THE KIEHEN 160 JET THEY SUPPLIED,ALSO A K&N FILTER.I HAVE THE AF SCREW ABOUT 2.25 TURNS.I DIDNT NOTICE ALOT OF DIF IN H.P.JUST NOISE.
DID I MISS SOMETHING ON INSTALL I LEFT BOTH STOCK WASHERS ON THE NEEDLE IS THIS RIGHT?

You could start by contacting HMF. They have tech support. Otherwise, buy a jet kit such as dynojet. This would replace the needle, spacers, etc. The jet kit is what truly gets the most out of the increase in intake and exhaust. How is it riding? Is it smooth thoughout (idle, midrange, top end)?

i had a dynojet kit in the bike orig.hmf advised i take it out and put their 160 stock jet in.i screwed the f/a screw in to 21/8 seems a little better i,ll keep playing with it maybe i expected too much, maybe time for a bigger quad.
thanks.

Thats odd, I have an HMF complete exhaust and modified intake and they suggested the dynojet kit, which replaced the stock needle, spacers, and running a 170 main jet, turned out the a/f screw to 2.5 turns and it runs like a champ. I would think you should notice a considerable power increase, but then I have never owned a Honda....Every quad I've piped I've noticed a huge power increase so I'm at a loss.....
