[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]does anyone have any recomendations on a turbocharged predator... i wanna make my own custom heads,pistons,valves,ect ect any i wanna make ove 300hp and be able to ride it on a trail but i don't wanna extend the chassis very much but i do wanna put a +3" swingarm on so i don't have and flip overs very often.does anyone have a turbo suggestion,and i might use nos......if i don't do a turbocharger then i will do a supercharger with the same set up above.

 

Sorry to upset you but theres no way you can make 300hp with any sort of reliability unless you do a complete motor swap and put maybe a Snowmobile or a Busa motor in it.

First off you didnt even say what kind of setup the "guy up the street" has so how can you say it's the same setup? Second if he has a "reliable" setup why dont you just ask him what he has and get his help instead of asking us?

 

wat is the point in 300hp on trails u usually dont want to do like 150mph thru narrow trails

 

300hp out of a quad motor? Doubt it....

Street bike or snowmobile motor, possible.

 

I've never heard of 300 horses coming out of even a hayabusa engine! 300 horses in a quad would mean like 200mph! not that fun on trails

 

It would be fun to see someone TRY to ride it on the trails. It would only need first gear.

 

That is some funny stuff rite there I don't care who you are. Just so you know Vrod you can't get that kind of HP out of a single cylinder unless you run a huge cylinder and a supercharger and nitro methane and then it would probably hold together for about 1/4 mile then go boom.
My Busa is pumped up and has a 11" over swingarm and when it is hooking up you can hardley hold it down so you might want to re think your option's if you need any information I would be glad to help you out.
