You have to look at your riding habits, what do you want most from your quad? How much do you want to spend? The best thing to start out is what you've allready done, get more air in(filter) and more exhaust out(pipe). If you get a cam I would bore out the engine as well. Upgrading smaller things can help out the power, CDI, jet kit, even sprockets can change the accelleration or top speed of your quad, better tires can help you 'hook' up on the trails you ride. Keep your quad maintained, change the oil, spark plug(gap too), clean the filter on a regular basis, it will help.

Man, the sky is the limit with what you can do to your quad. I would start with suspension, personally, but that's just me. Since you have the exhaust and the filter, jet up 2 stages so you don't burn a hole in your piston (it happens, trust me) and port and polish your head. Add a HOT CAMS stage 1 cam and see where that takes you. If you still want more install a big bore kit. And if that's not enough, get a Banshee and start over.
