hey whats up? Is there any kit to remove or to replace the boot from the airbox to the carb? I say this because I dont like that small bottle on the boot, if not looked after it can cause an air leak.
I know lonestar make an air box, but its 400 dollars. Anybody know some else that makes such thing?
Thanx

You can get one for an 86, it doesn't have the bottle.

The 86 boot will work, but why not just remove the bottle and plug the hole with silicon or something like that?? That would be a lot less time consuming than trying to find the 86 boot. Plug it with some silicon and don't worry about it. The bottle is a resiovor for antifreeze- an overflow. If you look closely at it, there are marks telling you how far to fill it up.

uhh no..that is NOT a coolant bottle.

it is an air resonator..I'm not sure if it really works or not.
