Stock jet is a 95, i pute the dyno jet needle in and the dyno jet recomended jet (92)in. I wanted more power so i pute in Dyno jet (84). It was puky when i punched it so i pute tape over part of the snorkle to reduce air flow. it runs great but i would think i could get more airflow by opening the snorkle hole back up and changing my air fuel mixture screw. With a 95 jet (stock) the idle screw was turnd 2 5/8 . after puting in the dyno jet 92 they back it down 1/8 so it was 2.5 since i went down 3 jet sizes from stock should i back it down 3/8 from 2 5/8 so i can open my snorkle back up. Will this work

Howdy...let me get this straight...you have a pipe and a k&n filter and you went down from your stock jetting three sizes?...if thats the case you better do a color check on your spark plug before you blow your engine up...with all the mods you have done you should have gone up in jet sizes not down....

"the leaner the meaner"
The leaner the meaner the greener ($$$.$$) It sounds like you could be way lean and going to the point that it will not run after you took the snorkel off.

I just talked to my uncle whos pretty darn good with stuff like this. he says since i restricted the snorkle so it would bog i lost power. so i'm going to run an 88 jet (stock 95) and then i'm going to run no air box lid. I'm going to check and mess with my spark plug tommaro

But remember, the dynojet jet sizes do not correspond directly to the stock jet sizes
