i never installed one and i want to make it myself to save money can anybody tell me how to do this

 

people make these using ether flexable hot-tub hoses, or i prefer using pvc pipe. It u use PVC, get 3 feet of 2" pipe, and mabe 3feet of 1 1/2" pipe, usually one elbow that goes from 2" to 1 1/2" and another 2" elbow or U-bend for the stack.

either way you will need to find a good location to run this along side your engine from the air box to tunder a front fender. You will need to cut, or use existing hole, in the air box and cut a hole in the front fender. its also a good idea to find a way to secure the "stack" that comes out of the fender to the rack somehow.

O and buy a big tube of silicone to seal everything up, do not use PVC cement incase you need to take you skorkel apart in the future.
