I was lookin into buying one for my LT but wasn't sure if they would be a good investment. Any help would be appriciated.

well since your stock head is already milled... keep it and dont get a cool head. unless you are always tearing the head of, then the cool head would be good since it has oring gaskets and they are reusable. and the only other thing you will get over your stock milled head is cooling and the choice of domes if you want to change them for different conditions.

if i were you, keep the milled head you have.

Let me explain. I understand that alot of people beleive milling your head is the answer but in effect it is not the best way to go. when you have the head milled it will increase the compression of your motor but it also changes the squich area in your head and alters the proper cumbustion in your cylinder( this is bad and will not do the motor any good over time). For the max performance and life for your motor a cool head is the best way to go, it raise the compression and hs the proper squish area.

Just thought I would expand on the first post from cdracing it was from my brother in law he works for me and didn't explain the diff thanks

I disagree. A good builder can take your stock head, mill and rechamber it, and set it up to use O rings. MP Racing and LRD are such builders.
