Shaved a head cilynder on a Banshee

Hello.Ihave a Banshee of 99.I want to shaved the head cilynder but I have any doubts.
1ª)Is realy efective this mod?
2ª)How much shaved?
3º)Need to make anymore whe I shaved the head cilinder???change the avanced ignition?use gas with more octanage??In Spain,we have gas with 97 oct with plum or 98 within plum.
4º)Have I to put any gasket more on the bottom of cilinder????or only with the stock gasket betwen the cilinder and motor is ok?
5º)Do you know anyone that make this?
6º)lose reliability?

project banshee section. I think you gain 2 hp all across, for 0.040 INCHES (that's 1mm...you measure in metric I guess)
