While rejetting my 250R I am only able to get the brown color on 1 side of my plug insulator. Anyone know why? Should I worry? THANKS

That just means you did not let it run long enough to check plug or you went through too many throttle positions.
When checking the plug you need to ride full throttle in any gear then, while at F.T., clutch it and hit the kill. This will tell how the main is doing.
Then do the same for 3/4 and 1/2 throttle, the needle controls this.
Then finally check at idle. That would be your pilot and air screw.

I recently did some plug chops on my blaster, I diddnt check the lower rpm's just WOT 6th gear, the plug looks absolutley perfect, looks like its jetted "right on the money" but then you turn it around and just the very side of the tip (from the end to where it bends) is greyish color, the rest of the tip is perfect "choclate" brown except that one side, I did it a couple times and had the same result each time. is that just normal??
