Removing restrictor in a Lt80 carb

Default Removing restrictor in a Lt80 carb
Does any one here know how to remove the air/power restrictor in the carb of a 97 Lt80 ? I assume the whole carb doesn't have to be removed ? Any responses will be greatly appreciated.

Maybe post in the kids section. I never look here.
You do not have it in there. They were always removed before selling.
FYI: what it is, is a brass ring that limits the slide travel.
