Bayou 220 motors? That's just crazy. Geez. I'll let you all in on something if you promise not to tell. Promise? It's something TOP SECRET.

I heard the "inside scoop" from a mechanic at a top-secret quad testing area that I visited recently. This person told me that next year, the top Pro riders are dumping their 250R's, and 426's and going with a totally different, "high-tech" Honda motor. A small engine building shop in Western Kentucky called "R&S Racing" has already made a deal to supply these racers with bored and stroked Honda TRX125 motors. The final displacement on these 17:1 compression, liquid-cooled, alcohol-burning motors is right at 375cc. I was told that these puppies are pumping out somewhere around 45 to 50 hp with the right setups! I just can't wait to see dyno runs.

I'll keep you posted on any updates if you all will do the same.
