Hello all. I have a 96 Banshee. I am missing a choke crossover tube(I believe that's what it's called) in one of the float bowls(rigt, I believe) of my carb. Does anyone know how this will affect the performance in low, mid, or top end? Thanks for your help.

I believe the choke Cross-over tube is a black rubber tube that fits between both carburators. If disconnected the motor has a (serious)vacuum problem. It will start but not idle/run well at all.

Hope that helps.. Rude Dog

There is a tube in the float bowl for the choke (actually starter valve). I don't think there is one in the right carb. When you open the left one, it sends extra fuel to both carbs from the left bowl. I know one of the Banshees that I have the carbs apart on did not have the tube in the right carb and I assumed it was not needed.
