I am thinking about getting a power kit for my four wheeler and i am wondering if it is worth it. They come with an air filter, outwear, needles and jetting. If you know, what is the average MPH gain from a power kit just on average for any four wheeler. Also i wanted to know if it is hard to install the jetting. thanx for any help!

I have installed jet kits up the gazzoo.
Out of all I have done I believe the needle alone is worth it.
What you get is improved air fuel mixture adjustment over stalk (0-25% throttle) A new needle wich graetly improves mid range (25-75% throttle) and sized main jets depending on mods and altittude (75-100% throttle)
In some kits for constant valocity carbs you will recieve a drill bit to drill the slide lift hole larger to increase slide speed.
Of course these kits are developed around K&N filters and after market pipes, but in all cases throttle response is graetly increased.
As for top end speeds, don't expect much if any. As far as power across the rpm range expect gains.
If I was to guess top speed gain with a pipe and filter included I would gues two to three mph on average on a broad amount of bikes
Hope this helps, I'm not trying to be a smart --- just trying to help!
Oh yes, the kits include a 800# and instructions that are for do it your selfers
