Does anyone know if it would work? I have seen a few 4 bangers in magazines, but not around here. The motor is out of a wrecked 92 or up (I think 95-97) BMW Police motorcycle. I think the motor is actually a Rotax motor, didn't the DS650 engine come out of a BMW motorcycle? The only frame I currently am able to use is my 86 200s but I am almost positive it wouldn't fit and even if it did the front end yould be coming up at 60 miles an hour! I was thinking it just might fit into a banshee frame, but I don't know. I am positive it would fit in a LT500 frame since I've seen 1200cc motors in them.
Anyone ever hear of a quad or trike with this motor? I do believe it would be a Banshee, DS650, Raptor and FX400 killer as long as I got a decent frame. Also anyone know a estimate of the kind of power this motor makes?
