In case anybody else is running 'blank' pistons in their banshee, be careful about your final compression. Here's what I did:
Bored 2.5mm oversize and fully ported for top end with matched cases. Had wiseco blank pistons cut to eliminate the characteristic flat spot down low. Was buying a PRO DESIGN cool head, and after checking with White Bros, decided on 18cc domes which would yield about 190-195psi compression. They ended up shipping 17cc domes, which I installed. However, the blank pistons themselves are domed different than pro-lite pistons, which was noticed before assembly, therefore, the regular base gaskets were used and not the thinner ones....
after breaking the engine in and some jetting, a compression test was done to see the end result of my fresh motor. used a snap-on threaded tester good for 250psi, or so I thought! built up pressure in a hurry and the guage stopped reading after about 260psi!! YIKES!!
ordered some new domes today to try and get the compression back down into the normal regions....somewhere around 220-230 I can live with!!!

Just thought I would spread this around in case anybody else was thinking od going with a similar setup.....

Obviously, with that much compression, there was NO HESITATION WHATSOEVER!!! and boy, did it run great......
