WOW Me too. I have found a few places.
Hot seat performance(hotseatperformance.com), Aaen performance, Ritter Racing (rittercycle.com). I have a 98 that I just put 26" ITP 589 m/s on the rear, sure helps in the mud but did get a reality check. Just took a bit more. Anyway I am leaning toward Ritter at this point. There is some info on the forum here about experiences with HSP & Ritter but have heard nothing about Aaen but he does have a good rep with snowmobiles. Good Luck.

Hot Seat performance makes a pipe for your xplorer. I just put one on my 350L a few weeks ago. I am still in the process of getting my machine tuned into the new pipe ( rejetting, reclutching, etc.)
I can tell already that it gave a significant boost in power. I put in a new V-Force delta 2 reed valve to help it breathe a little better also. I also went to a polaris green primary spring which seems to help launch me out of the hole a little better. In my case the pipe was a fairly good fit, although on one side panel next to the pipe it has caused a small bulge in the plastic although not too bad. The pipe comes with a built in silencer but it is considerably louder than the stock pipe and silencer. This dissappointed me somewhat as I use my machine for hunting and mountain riding and did not really want a loud machine. Because I ride in the forest I ordered the sparky spark arrester to make it forest service legal, but it did not fit over the end of the Hot Seat pipe very well as Hot Seat is now putting a new end cap on their pipe. I was able to modify the spark arrester a little and did get it to finally fit over my pipe.
I guess overall I am happy with the performance gains, but I still don't like how loud the thing is now! I can now do wheelies in low range with 26" Titan 589M/T s.

Hope this helps!!!

hey guys dyno port makes the most power on the explorer model. these bikes are heavier and geared differant than the sports and scramblers. i have tired every pipe out there . the aaenn pipe sucks for the explorer but does great on the scrambler. the dyno port pipe works even better on the non concentric chasis bikes. hot seat sells a great billet head that i favor because it uses stock head gasket and will last forever. go up 2 sizes on the main the work with the needle to it right

also the dyno port pipe does not need a clutch kit which adds expense and also decreases engine life
