The Most common "first mods" I have seen for the blaster, would be a pipe and silencer, reeds and a jet kit.
From what I have seen...these mods alone are a noticable difference from stock on the blaster.
But you are still looking at usually around $300 or more for just that.
Without actually diving into the engine itself...I guess you are limited as to what you can do to boost power. A bigger piston and/or shaved head could be all the help you need.
But the better flowing pipe in combination w/reeds and jetting, can make better use of the power allready supplied by the motor.
