hey guys,
i rember reading an article in dirtwheels probably 1 0r 2 years ago. the editors converted a warrior into a street legal quad. as a matter of fact they registered it in san diego i think. they road it throu the mountains on the twisty roads and i think they even took it down interstate 5 if i remember right. check it out. it's pritty cool. i'll look around for the mag and let you know what month and year it was.

I've been on a website that specializes in street legal ATV's. You need a few things like a metal gas tank, horn, turn signals, headlight, mirrors, DOT approved tires, quiet exhaust with spark arrestor, and most probably a 4-stroke. In short, compare a street legal dirtbike with a non-legal dirtbike (like Suzuki's DR-400's). These requirements may vary from state to state.
