Has anyone heard or experienced the CT Racing or Graydon Proline full exhaust systems for the 400EX??? I have the big bore kit on my 400EX making it the 440cc and I am looking for a very good flowing exhaust system. All suggestions welcome.

 

I have the Graydon Proline Big Bore Pipe on my 400EX and it is awesome! It is quicker off the bottom and pulls harder through the mid and on top end. Get the Big Gun system make sure you remove your airbox lid though, it makes a big improvement.

From reading your forum I understand that you put in the 440 kit. What brand of kit did you put in and did you also put in the cam? Did you do any thing with the rocker arms for all the shops are recommending to get them hard surfaced. If you just put in the piston and sleeve how much difference did you notice in performance? thanks, soon to be 440ex

 

Yes, as I stated before I do the have the 440 kit. I bought the quad brand new like this. The dealership had all ready made all the modifications, it has the 11:1 wiseco piston, white bros cam, rev kit, the rockers were not hard-faced and I asked them about this and they didnt think I would have any problems but if I did they would take care of it. Since they did all the installations they warranteed everything. Everything that has been done has made a huge difference. I am still breaking it in but I ride with 3 other 400's and I can definately notice the difference.
