First of all, how great it is to find this excellent forum. I am a first time owner of two, soon to be three quads for myself, my wife and my 8 year old.

Here is my question. I just got a 2001 Bayou 220 from a dealer in Mississippi and I ride around 9000 ft in Colorado. In addition I am installing a K&N filter. I know the carb needs to be rejetted for the changes but I want to ride this weekend and nobody can get me in soon enough. I am mechanically inclined and have sufficient tools.

Is this project I should be able to do in a day? What will I need and what is involved to do it right?

Any guidance and suggestions are much appreciated.
