Hey Zilla, I have a Quadzilla (1989) that I have some jetting qustions about. It has been ported & polished, carb bored to 39.5, FMF Fatty, holes in airbox lid. Stock bore. All this done by previous owner. Main jet is currently a 350 which is stock...... I really haven't rode the quad as I just had the engine rebuilt. Does this jetting sound close to you?

OK.....When you first get going (after warmup) and your putting around in 2nd gear and you snap the throttle wide open does it go baaaa wahhhh if so the slow speed of the carb need's to be adjusted....too lean....If your putting along and it's snappy in second gear and you snap the throttle open to get top speed and it blubber's and won't clean out....then your too rich...also check the air/fuel mixture screw located on the side of the carb....(not the idle screw)also listen to the motor after you have made some adjustment's....a too lean condition will not rev out instead it will kind of flat line out and you will feel the pull go away from the motor.....check the color of the plug.....white mean's toooooo lean, light brown is good, clean no color perfect, black too rich......I hope I've helped...Zilla

Ok i know that its too rich, cause it has a little power in the lower rpms,or if you slowly give it gas it'll rev out to a certain point, but when you give it alot of gas it starts too bog and spudder out, the main jet is a 160 would it help to go one or two sizes smaller?
