#1
I'm leaning torward the dmc or toomeys. I ride a little bit of everything. I've heard alot about toomeys, but also wondering about the dmc. i want some bottomend for woods. Also does anyone have PSI pipes and how do they perform? I thought about dynoport but heard they don;t have much top over stock?
Thanks in advance!

I HAVE RAN TOOMEYS,PAUL TURNER HIGH REVS,DMCS,CPIS AND I LIKED THEM ALL-TOOMEYS HAVE A VERY HARD HIT WICH MAKE SYOU BELIVE THAT THEY R MUCH FASTER THAN THE OTHER PIPES BUT THEY REALLY DON'T OUT PERFORM-THE PAUL TURNER PIPES MIGHT BE THE BEST WAY TO GO-THE MID PIPES R GREAT AND STILL HAVE SOME BOTTOM THE CPI WICH R WHAT I AM RUNNING NOW R MORE FOR PORTED ENGINES AND THE CHAMBERS R A LITTLE BIG FOR WOODS(BURN YOUR LEGS).DMC DO DELIVE A NICE POWER BAND AND PERFORM GREAT BUT I JUST LIKE THE LOOK OF THE TURNERS BETTER-GOOD LUCK

I agree. Paul Turner pipes. I have the Hi-Rev Paul Turner Pipes and find them to provide a very rideable powerband. You might would want to stick with the MidRange pipes for the woods though.

First off Darren420. It is great to see someone else on here from our neck of the woods. Also, I am looking for a 929 in yellow, so e-mail me if yours is still for sale at Sandric@go.com.
On the question of pipes, I have pro circuit's on both of my banshees which are about the same as Toomeys. I race TT and the most seen pipe on the tracks are Toomeys T-3's (no longer available)and T-5's. The T-5 and Pro Circuit have a very strong midrange, good lowend, and seem to rev to the moon. Stock motor or fully ported, this is my pipe choice (at least until I can finally talk Jon at FTZ into making inframe banshee pipes).

I don't know a whole lot about which brand of pipes for a two stroke but here is a lilttle story on my exp with them. I have a Raptor a buddy of mine had a Banshee, you can see here. He had pro circut pipes on in the begining. We would race on a long staight gravel road, not much traction. I would always win off the line and most of the time on the other end. He switched to T-5s, thats it nothing else. Now when we raced it was almost always him off the line and about 55/45 me on the big end. Take this as you will but to me this shows that the Tommeys perform better than Pro Circuts, in this situation.

I've seen the new DMC pipes and they should work very good!! The "old" pipe has a single oval muffler that works good and sounds different than the others, the "NEW" pipes have two "Baby Alien" mufflers and look awsome. The DMC pipe will give a better, smoother low-mid-top powerband. The toomeys have a harder hit, weak low, ok mid, good top = (hard hit).

Thanks for all the help!!
I am going to be ordering a set of dmc's and toomey's. I am going to rum the dmc's and my cousin is going to put the toomey's on his 2000 banshee! We are planning on going to little sahara, OK for memorial weekend so we should have a great time trying them out.
Thanks again.

I'm going to sell my in a couple of weeks for a Banshee, so I'm looking at pipes. If I wanted strong low-end and midrange but still a really good top-end, what would be the best pipe? I was thinking the Paul Turner mids?? (they look really sweet and won't burn your legs)
