Going up only 2mm in size, and sticking with the same model/type, my intial response would be no.
But....I don't think I need to hammer home the "you should always check", but....you should always check.
Give LRD a shot. Shouldn't take more than a week or so, but it will depend, as always on current backlog.

Backcountry and Brandon:
I have a bunch of mods on my banshee also.. I still run the stock carbs for now..... I was thinking of going to a set of 28pwk's so that I dont lose throttle response and alot of low end. My suggestion for blue-banshee would be to go with a set of 28pwk's. From what I have heard from many of the major motor builders is that the bigger you go with carbs (34's 35's) the more low end you lose. I live out here in New England and I dont get to the dunes that often. I am looking for the best of both worlds.... My next step is going to be one of Rick's (MacDizzys) 400 long rod motors, and I feel the 28's will be small for it but will still be able to run it.. or will they?
Blue-Banshee; a local shop near me will smooth bore or rifle bore a carb for 40.00+/-. Any local shop should be able to perform that task for you

I know I have talked to Arlen at LRD about boring the stock carbs to 28 and he said that it is a waste of time and money you end up with a airleak around the carb slide at a idle and part throttle his sugestions are to go to a 28 PWK I talked to him about going larger then that and he said that you do not need larger then that till you get up in the 400+cc's
