Does anyone besides Web make cams for four strokes? Webs turnaround time is two weeks and I have to ship them my cams first. I dont want to wait that long.

I'm still waiting for my cam to come back from Web. It's been 2-3 weeks, and they tell me it will be 2 more!!! I think that some of the performance shops weld and grind their own cams, like Four Stroke Tech or TC racing. I think they are all pretty busy now with race stuff so....Good luck.

White Brothers and Alba also sell web cams and the do grind some of their own. You might try finding your nearest White Brothers dealer, mine told me he could get an web cam in about 2 days.

to my knowledge mega cycle and web are the only cam grinders for atv cams. anyone who sells cams gets them form one of these two.

If you what a cam that you don't have to change valve springs get the Mega Cyal cams from White Bros. They are the only ones made from billet stock, so you have your old ones as a spare. I have these in my Mojave's and they are great.

There are only 2 companies in the US who regrind/hardweld cams for the singles -- Web Cam, and Megacycle.

That said -- there are other companies out there -- Such as White Brothers, Alba, Trinity, etc. Who just stock the grinds that Web or Megacycle offer (some don't even stock the cam, they just order it when they get an order). Other companies, such as TC, Sparks, Powroll, etc. Design their own cam grinds, and have them built by Web or Megacycle. The reason they do this is to have cams that suit the specific modifications they do to engines.

It's really important to get the grind that goes best with the modifications done to your engine, since cams don't really GIVE you power, they just move it around.

If the cam grind from Web is exactly what you need, isn't it better to wait a few weeks and get the right cams, rather than get the wrong ones in a few days?
