Yeah, they spray coke syrup on the concrete for traction. They have tried to bring dirt in but it is a mess. The coke syrup is hard to get off the bike and is hell on tires, but is a neat way of racing. It is not like dirt where you can "read" the best line. Also, you can't really slide in the corners because you can still easily break traction. They even race motorcycles on this!
I will be racing at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. It will be the 4th year I have raced and the third year on concrete. The first year I was on a 4X4 polaris utility with front/rear racks and I finished ahead of every 400ex and a tecate that they had me in the class with. Man did everyone laugh until they seen how good I was doing. the second year was on my 250x, last year was on dirt on my banshee.
Checkered Flag Promotions is hosting it. Check them out at www.cfpracing.com. I think they have some pictures. I will get some pictures and let you know when they are on my page.

The powervalve valve cheetah system 400 CC cylenders fit right on a stock banshee and give you 70 horsepower.
the 420 cc kit has a longer stroker arm and has the same powervalve cylenders but you also get a different cam with higher lift, that gives you 90 horsepower. Then there is the 450 - 435 powervalve kit that gives you 125 horsepower.
all kits you can put on in an aafternoon... first kit is $2300 with V-force reed valves.
second kit is $3000 third kit is $4000 its about thousand dollars for every 25 horsepower, you choose.
then, if that isnt enough, you can call K&T racing to build you a crankenstien that puts out 175 horsepower.
In drag racing, money talks.

LOL at roost. Haha too funny. To help out with the question...the cheetahs are a good cylinder. They have just came out and they are already running really hard. They arent like most cylinders that need a lot of port work done to them, they are almost "perfect" out of the box. The t-rex's in everybodies eyes, not just mine are quicker out of the gate. But the cheetahs run better on the top end. Id prefer the t-rex set up right now. Kim is not getting 140 horse out of every one of his 10mil t-rex's. He got some new software for his dyno and is now reading LOWER more accurate numbers. I feel the same about the hp claims of the cheetahs, i think they are rigged. Go to trinity's website (the sole owner of the cheetah cylinders, who were designed by D&D), you tell me all you motor guys, their 535 10mil stroker cheetah motor has an almost unbelieveable chart. Dont ya think?
