I am looking for a possable replacment swingarm for my 85 250sx. I have read that the fourtrax250 is a possable replacment if used with the fourtrax drive shaft, and is a few inches longer, does inyone else know of other possable bolt-on Swing arms? Does inyone have a extra fourtrax arm and shaft for sell? I would realy like a longer than stock arm for my bike, but dont want to have to make it my self. Thanks

 

i made my sx swing arm longer with 2 1" square tubing peices and some exshuast tubing. Still rying to lenghtin the drive shaft. Check out my pics,

The only swingarm that is a direct bolton replaement is the 1985 SX and ES BigRed.

The 1986 and 1987 models will work only if you have the brake drum, axle, and hubs from the same bike. In other words, the entire backend.

The TRX I'm not sure about.

 

the big red swing arm is different than the sx swingarm. The big red arm mounst in between the frame and the sx swing arm mounts to the outside of the frame
