I am most likely picking up a complete Quadzilla motor, carb, pipes, electrical this weekend, has anyone seen this motor in a Honda 250R chassis. I would like to put the motor in the best frame I could, I have heard of the LT500 in a LT250 chassis, I was just wondering if it would be any harder to put it in the Honda frame? Thanks for any input!!

When I was at the GNCC at Loratta Lynn's a few weeks ago, ther was a person from Iowa that had a LT500 engine in a 250r frame. He had to make new motor mounts, but the hardest part was having a pipe made for it. He did run the race and he did finish. I do not know his name or how to get hold of him. He was camped next to us, sorry.

many 250r's

I Think moto-fast makes custom pipes if you want the best get a laeger frame that is if you want to spend around $2000 +

trinity has a pipe meant for a 400cc honda two strock that might fit. I don't think that the extra 100 cc's makes a big difference with the pipe. you will have to cut and modify the front of the pipe and weld the suzukis front peice of the pipe on. My friend had a 330 ct motor with a Paul turner pipe meant for a 250 that worked out well, didn't choke the engine up at all
