Jack the rear tires up off the ground check for worn out u-joints in the rear prop shaft going from the transmission to the rear gear case. Also have you kept up service on the rear gear case?, have had a couple where the ring and pinion were badly worn causing vibration, plus are splines on prop shaft to rear end tight on gear case? This is another area that could cause vibration along with worn drive shaft cv joints. Lifting up off the ground and turning the rear tires back and forth can help find any worn areas. OPT

Gl5 80-90 gear fluid for the rear gear case, plus when you lift up check the rear parking brake rotor for any warping. Another area that could cause chattering and vibration if it hits the park brake caliper? OPT
