The circuit breaker is strapped on the harness up from the fuse block(at least from memory). They can go out,we've replaced them before. Check that it has voltage coming in an out of the circuit breaker. If not then this could be your problem. Also did you try voltage directly to the fan to see if it runs? If fan works, the circuit breaker has power to each side,then basically what's left is the thermistor sensor on the left side of the cylinder may have shorted not allowing fan to come on. OPT

Is it getting hot enough for the light to come on?
