Default Circlip under the collar

I was aware that there is a clip cause I have a repair manual and you have to remove the collar and the clip is under it. According to what I had researched online the collar was supposed to slide right off. After I got mine collar off of the shaft by (unfortunately) damaging the shaft I could then access the clip and remove it. Hopefully the dealer u took it to will have better luck than I did.

Default phoenix 200 collar

Turns out the collar was pressed on. Dealer had to remove and replace. Only cost a few bucks. Machine is running good so far.

Get a wheel bearing pulley put it on to the gear and then screw the gear should remove off I have the same problem with my bike haven't got down to stripin it yet did you have to take the engine out or did you get the side casing off the gears intact

Polaris Phoenix 200cc transmission problem best way to do it is to remove engine play removing back axle and spring and the engine will just lied straight out the side of it this will get you at the transmission easy and access it to change with we need to change it inside it I had to change a shift fork don't know if I have to change ratchet shaft yet
2 CC Phoenix 200cc if you get get a ball bearing puller and release the clip it will pull the gear of to get set a shift shaft into please
