the cluster comes on when you first start up then in about 5 sec. it goes off. it only has 956 miles always been inside never has got wet or anything

 

You have two thermal circuit breakers in plastic pouches,one is the main 20 amp circuit breaker and a 10 amp breaker is under the front panel for the fan. The 20 amp main circuit breaker should be along the harness up from the starter solenoid if I remember correctly on the Atp.If this breaker has corroded terminals it can trip the breaker and cause the speedo to blank out.
