OEM new parts or used? Plus did you replace the pulse coil also.

How's the pulse coil /Pick up coil next to the fly wheel? Mine did not spark just because that part was rusty and had a wrong gap. I just had to clean it and re-gap it to the flywheel.
Part #13

What year model and I'll see if I have some resistance specs for you to check out.

Even though it's a new stator,check resistance.
Blk/R to Red 450 ohms
W/R to White(pulse coil) 97 ohms
Coil primary. Coil tab to ground 0.3 ohms
Coil secondary. Coil tab to plug wire(cap removed) 6.3k ohms
Plug cap. 5k ohms
Also remove the black wire from the reverse limiter to see if you have spark.
Remove black wire(kill wire) from cdi and check for spark. All resistance readings + or - 20%.
Last thing is check the gap between the pulse coil and stator. Should be no more than .040 clearance. If everything checks out along with eliminating the left control switch on/off wiring, manual says to replace cdi.
