A lot of times just cleaning a carb may not solve the problem. Easier since you already have it apart, just to rebuild one and not have to go back into the carb. Plus keep a fuel stabilizer in it so you wont have any future carb problems from ethanol fuel. http://www.ebay.com/itm/CARB-REBUILD-KIT-POLARIS-PHOENIX-200-05-06-07-08-09-/370419894120?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item563ebf0768&vxp=mtr

I hated to do things twice. Once a carb was off I always put a new kit or at least a needle and seat and replaced any worn parts. Glad the kit solved your problem.
