How do I check voltage?

 

If you still have the 2002 Sportsman 500 you can check hub coil voltage at the two small connectors under the front panel. Gray wires are the hot wires,brown are the grounds. Key has to be on and in gear. Engine doesn't have to be running. You can also do a resistance check on the awd coils on each strut. Ohms resistance between the gray and brown should be around 25 ohms or so.
