Default Polaris Twin 700 efi 2004 after harness replacement code 45

Polaris Twin 700 efi 2004

Hi guys, my name is Lau, I'm Argentine and I live in Costa Rica. I hope you are doing well

It's a little hard to find part here, anyway I get the parts in the United States with friends.
(I run a hotel, so ... the ones that solve this problem get a free stay here free =))
I have a Polaris Twin 700 efi 2004. It's a great machine, but it's driving me crazy, I have it out of work, since I've been fixing things one after the other and it still does not work properly. I'll make the story as short as possible.
I clean and fix the gas pump.
Replace oil.
Use a cleaning nozzle for a hole tank.
Replace the throttle intake manifold (it broke)
Replace the sparkplugs

I replace the wiring tbap harness because the wires where wrong, at the beginning it sims to work well, but it does not. The engine is sputtering, sounds like it's burning a lot of gas and its rich smell. Codes stop appearing. But still smelly and using a lot of gas. One of these days the engine stop. It does not start for a minute and start to sizzle as badly (worse than ever) 2 minutes after its start to work as it used to (good but not big) check the codes and say 45 51 52 56. i reset The system connecting The positive and negative leads of the battery for a few minutes (without the battery) and now shows the code 45 only.
still sputtering and smeling rich

Is it a way to check if the harness is properly connected?
Check the tbap cables to the ecu with the multimeter?
check the tbap sensor?

thanks a lot for your time.

The wiring diagram in this manual should show the t-bap connector and the connector wiring color orientation.2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 EFI Service Manual PDF Download Sensors normally weren't the problem, but the thin wiring and cheap connectors leading to the sensors were the biggest problem.Wiring could feel soft from melting internally along with connector pins pulling back and not making good contact with the sensors. Polaris harness repair kits were the same thin wiring and connectors and wouldn't hold up. This has been a problem for years on efi machines and the t-bap harness was the main one that failed.Better harness repair kits are available for the t-bap,tps,etc from this place.https://otbpowersports.com/products/
