Seems to be a lot of confusion over this and even from some Polaris dealers. The 3211113 ebs belt is used on some 500/800 and other models and still available as shown on the Polaris Parts guide, but like this fellow found out 10 years ago when he posted on Polaris Riders that his dealers list was wrong.
"Belt Numbers from Polaris are wrong."
Well, went to buy a belt for the sportsman 800. Polaris was going to sell me the belt part# 3211106. This is the part number on their microphiche and all others that I looked at. They were out of stock, so I could not buy one. I decided to tear the belt off and take it to a few parts stores to match it up. Once I got the belt off I noticed it was a different number (3211113). I did some investigating and here is what I found - #3211106 - $88.19 is listed as stock belt for the 05 and 06 800EFI. It is NOT an EBS belt and cost much more than the actual belt. #3211113 is the belt that came off of my 800EFI. It is listed as an EBS belt and costs $60.89. So, for those of you who are going to buy replacement belts for the 800 EFI with EBS, save the almost $30 and get the belt that is for an EBS machine! Not sure if I am the only one that didnt know this or not, but at least now all of us here can save some cash."
People buying a used machine using a different belt may have a little problems on getting the right one if someone substituted belts. Polaris has a much longer list than this one from Partzilla and goes all the way to some 2017 and 2018 models also.https://www.partzilla.com/product/polaris/3211113
Here's the list from Polaris to make things even more interesting.Used on models other than the 2007 500 efi shown on Polaris Parts.
When I looked up the 3211113 belt that was supposed to be one of the three belts for the 2007 Sportsman 500 EFI in the original post and clicked to see what other models it fit, it said that it didn't fit anything. I must have been on a different Polaris parts site. But it showed the other two were for EBS and non EBS 2007 model 500s. It was right about that those two belts.
Still best to pull the clutch cover and see what clutches and belt you have.. Polaris still shows this belt on the 500 and later models along with Partzilla. It may take the other one,but see what you have first.. This is from Partzilla

When different sites tell you completely different things about belts you need to check and see what's on it and hope it's the right one so you can order another one.
I got the clutch cover off and wow is this belt shedded... I don't know which clutch it is. Where would I see that #1 part? Also hard to read a part number number on the belt. Looks like I see JA 426 0214-160 (or maybe 1160)
Very easy to tell if you have the non ebs clutch as the drive clutch won't have the one way bearing. Easy to take off the driven clutches and compare. The non ebs driven clutch will look like the first one pictured.Held by a circlip and washer. It takes the 3211077 non ebs belt. 2nd one pictured has 4 screws that hold the helix in place. It shows to take the 3211113 belt. The 3rd one shows to take the 3211091. If in doubt I'd check with a local dealer as what the parts list show now..These sites may be wrong. I've worked on all 3 of these but can't remember which belt was used on the 2nd and 3rd driven clutch..Polaris Parts shows the same thing in their break down as Partzilla does.
Okay so I still don't understand what were are saying so I went out and on the side of the clutch it gave me a number and that clutch only hooks up with one of the 3 clutches. I have a belt number now. And I would assume it's gotta be right??
Well then looks like you have a non ebs clutch system. 3211077 belt. Very few if any that I've seen on a 2007 500 efi.. If you're not the original owner make sure the drive clutch doesn't have the one way bearing and just has the plain shaft. Some people have been known to try that. Just making sure.Plus wouldn't hurt to blow out belt dust in an open area. You'll probably have a lot..
