Ramp buttons could be worn in the rear clutch ,but possible to just blow out the accumulated belt dust in the drive clutch and driven clutch while they're on the machine. Air nozzle blast in the crevices of the rear clutch will make a dust storm. Even more if you're able to open the sheaths a little, clamp them with a c clamp. The drive clutch is easy to blow out as everything is exposed. Still want to see a pic of the drive(front) clutch inner shaft..

The front clutch is the one that comes off the motor? That one has a blue spring in it and I can squeeze the clutch together by hand. The shaft is smooth but I will take a picture in the am.

That's all I needed to know, smooth shaft, no one way bearing. Just making sure that you did have the complete non ebs drive system and not mismatched clutches..

Yes I thought it was weird thou that I could squeeze the clutch together? But that shaft was smooth all the way. Didn't see anything on it not any grooves. Is it bad that I have a non ebs clutch?

Count yourself lucky. A simple shredded belt is nothing compared to the problems that the ebs clutches can have.IF this is the original belt you've gotten your money's worth out of it. The first Sportsmans had non ebs clutches and I don't remember anyone complaining about them. Some didn't like the ebs clutches when they came out. Had a few complain about the aggressive braking when letting off the throttle.

This belt supposedly has roughly 80 hours on it... so non ebs is good. That's cool lol. I will post a picture in the am.

Actually 80 hrs isn't too good. Many last for a lot longer than that. Some for years if treated right. Make sure you use low range when creeping around at 7mph or lower, pulling loads, etc. Using high range can cause excessive heat and shorten their life.

Yes, electric winch for the back and the wheeler winch for the front... beats sitting on a bucket working on the stuff...

Should I go with the oem polaris belt or would one of these work for less money?
