I have a 2007 800efisportsman shut off the other day cleaned air filter check oil turn key on nothing no crank display on dash jump selinoid no start spray starter fluid in carb no fire no spark fuses r good where r the circuit breakers and voltage reg?any ideas?

Checked that .8mm fusible kink hasn't melted.If it has no power will be received past the battery.https://www.ebay.com/p/2202607-OEM-P...-Mm/1030308476 If there is power on each side of the link then check the delphi fuse block at the front of the machine. Check for any corrosion,pins pulling out,shorting,etc. Common area for this to cause power problems also.

Fusible link is in the main harness down from the battery. The diagnostic plug on some models will have a purple cap and will be by itself on the frame.The 5 buck manual can help on what's what,the fusible link,fuse block and also electrical troubleshooting.2007 Polaris Sportsman 800 EFI Service Manual PDF Download
