Does the old 250 Big Boss ATV have a rev limiter? Mine starts and idles great but give it gas and if air cleaner is off and I put my hand at the carb throat when I gas it it bogs down, keeps running but won't rev and I get gas on my hand....any ideas? Bad rev limiter. Super cleaned the carb and same thing. Help!!!!
