clanking noise when machine starts off

Question clanking noise when machine starts off
2013 sportsman 500 HO When ever the machine is put in gear and gas applied there is a clank just before the machine moves. I can't tell where the noise is coming from.

These machines are "known" to clank, google it, plenty of threads, they just seem to come with this noise from factory.

Maybe what you are describing is totally different, hard to say without being there in person
