Default 2004 700 Sportsman Non EFI bogging

Good evening everyone. I have searched this forum up and down and have yet to find some sort of resolution to my issue. I have a 2004 700 sportsman that acts like it is starving for fuel. This machine idles perfectly. What I have done so far:
New intake boot
Rebuilt carb(not just cleaned but rebuilt with kit, factory jets)
Air filter
Spark plugs
Fuel Pump
Bypassed reverse over ride
Checked rocker arm travel
Changed oil and filters
Air mixture screw is set 2 turns out.
Stator is charging
Has Kokusan ignition
This has to be something super simple that I am over looking? All I can think of is that it’s either the Speedo or the CDI and unfortunately I haven’t found a way to test the CDI. Any help would greatly be appreciated as I have seen some great advice up here. Thanks in advance.

The only things I haven’t done would be a compression test, and I haven’t don’t this because this machine is crazy strong when it does occasionally take the gas. The intake boot stays wet so I’m assuming the gas is being delivered, but the plugs are white showing a lean running condition. I’m almost at a loss for what else to try other than throwing $300 parts at it.

Small update. Compression test shows 165/170. Coil ohms out perfectly so I am unfortunately leaning towards a bad CDI as the spark is real weak.
