Default 2007 Sportsman 450 loose prop shaft

Last year I replaced the prop shaft on my 2007 Sportsman 450 with a new, OEM shaft because both U-joints were shot. I noticed the other day that the shaft is now loose on the transmission output shaft. The attached video is where the shaft attaches to the output shaft. I even pushed the rubber o-ring inside the groove on the shaft which slightly reduced the movement.
How much movement can I get away with before I must replace the output shaft (Snorkel Shaft)
How easy is the snorkel shaft to replace? Do I just loosen the 2 1/4 inch Tube-Snorkel and pull it out?
Thank you for any help
