polaris 400 big boss no spark

Default polaris 400 big boss no spark
I bought a 95 polaris big boss in pieces and got parts and assembled it. I can start it on the pull rope but on electric starter I get one flash on the spark plug then no spark when cranking.
checked all the basics. dose any body have a idea where to go next..thanks
