Default Polaris 500 H.O. Snowplow Mounting Bracket

Hello,

I own a 2008 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O. and just acquired a snow plow from a family member. The plow did not come with a mounting bracket and I've been searching for one high and low ever since. Both the ATV and the plow are in good shape despite their age. I believe the snow plow is an original Glacier "lock & ride" plow system. There isn't a part number readily available but based on the video I've linked below I am pretty confident this is it. Unfortunately it seems Polaris has discontinued manufacturing the mounting bracket to the "fastest, easiest, plow attachment system ever made" rendering the plow useless.

If anyone could point me in the direction of an after market manufacturer of this specific style mounting bracket for this style plow (which must accommodate a tongue rather than the new style pin mounts) it would be a great help as winter rapidly approaches the North East. If nothing else a diagram of the original mounting bracket would be helpful as I might be able to find a DIY welder to mill one up for me.
