The terminal board is color coded. Try the black/white wire on the red/white terminal section. Terminal board is on the drivers side side of the machine. Item #28 on the parts break down.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse

I have hooked it up multiple ways, It isn't wanting to start at all. I hear a clicking near the rear of the machine but that's it. Are these the terminals that I need to hook up too?

Yes,but sounds like you have a problem with the solenoid up from the battery. Check the connections and see if the solenoid is transferring power to the starter cable. If it is the starter is on the bottom of the engine. Then either you have a bad connection on the starter or the starter itself is faulty. If you need a new starter, cheap ones along with the starter bendix are available here.DB Electrical - 350 IF the starter solenoid is faulty, then plenty of them are on ebay, amazon, etc.Polaris Starter Solenoid Relay Trail Boss 350 ATV 1990 1991 1992 1993 1994 Quad | eBay Make sure the black/white switch wire goes to the red/white area of the board as it sounds like it's been substituted for the red/white wire oem wire color..

Well we went off the wiring diagram, and the old switch works but I gotta use a screw driver. I guess I have to get an ignition switch from polaris. I called and they want 110 for it. That's crazy

Why? Plenty of cheap switches out there that have the right color coding if that's your problem on hooking the other one up..Here's one for 9 bucks. http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/400450501243?lpid=82&chn=ps&ul_noapp=true

The one I bought Is junk I think. So I ordered that one uou just linked. I hope it works man. And I hope the color coding is the same. It will make it a whole lot easier to put the new one in that's for sure.

One wire will either be red with a black or white stripe. It will still go to the group of red/white wires on the terminal board. It's powered up once the ignition is turned on. The solid red has power at all times to the switch, brown is the ground wire, black is the kill circuit wire. Should be simple to hook up. Better than using a screw driver on the old switch.
